From time to time, we purchase certain services and specialty goods from Novonix Battery Testing Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NOVONIX Ltd. (“Novonix”), pursuant to standalone purchase orders. Nicholas Liveris, the Chief Financial Officer of Novonix, is the son of Andrew Liveris, the current Chairman of our Board and a member of the board of directors of Novonix. In 2021, we have made payments of approximately $122,000 in the aggregate to Novonix Battery Testing Services, Inc.

The above is taken from Lucids prospectus last year. I wonder if the relationship has progressed to any AAM testing.
Some folks question A.Liveris worth to this company due to the current sp. But he’s been pivotal behind the scenes. He has high connections in the US Govt, advised the president on the IRA so who better to advise on a DoE LPO Application. Liveris is the reason behind both this companies and Lucids Saudi deals & also, a question for the future, is the plan for Taqat to supply Lucid local production?

Then I saw he’s involved in raising funds for Northvolts US plans & thought ahhh there you are again.
