No, they are not yet at steady-state production operations. I'd say still another ~3-4 months as per their latest estimations.
As it's a major milestone and I would say classed as material progress, it will be announced to the market when they achieve this.
If they had released another regular 'update' it would have said nothing new - just a copy/paste of the last few, which is why they didn't put one out as there's nothing to report yet.

You are correct in saying what is produced so far is not from a plant that is in steady-state production.
