I disagree - they're already doing it, just in a very minimal fashion. If they can tell Alan Kohler that they have a really promising product but they're just waiting FDA approval and are currently negotiating labelling, then they can sing that from the rooftops for anybody who'll listen. To me, that's the bit that is severely lacking but clearly, they're not under any legal obligation to not do it. Again, that just makes me think they have offers, or at the very least - serious negotiations, waiting in the wings for FDA approval (that and the new hiatus until 2024).
