They accumulated 1% in about 2.5 months, they're over 20% already so the max they can accumulate per 6 months is 3% (via creep exception), so ~1% per ~2 months, in other words APAC are already accumulating at nearly the maximum speed they're allowed to by law.

totally agree … but I think a block trade would be far far easier than a block buy back .. path of least resistance I was thinking
