I don't care how good Smithy is we need him or someone FULL TIME. 40% won't cut it. DCB was 120% and that didn't work, DrT & PL were getting paid 50% and working full time and that didn't work. RAC management has suffered some serious turmoil in the last few years and what we really need is some strong, full time leadership to get us back on track and ticking boxes.
