it was listed on the timeline as an upcoming event, its fairly common to announce completion of drilling, infact i think it would be insane to not announce it, a company announcing something isn't a guarantee of SP movement, this is a sign that G88 have provided samples which will be tested and results announced in the future, assuming every announcement is gonna send the SP to the moon is just setting yourself up for disappointment
