Dry holes champ, hence dust. This has already been proven to recover oil from 1 out of 3 zones.
An appraisal well is not a development well. It is to appraise either the size of the structure, the fluid type, the reservoir qualities, for future development.
This have never been sold as a development well.
Why spread negative BS, when you are factually wrong. Its a pretty sad existence.
