What sort of gap is a fair ROI? Sitting on parity or close to it now. I am watching for arbitrage but I am not seeing it, the volumes aren't correlating. Yesterday was predominantly selling TPD which goes against that theory. I would also speculate that the lengthy SOA timetable and the voting process adds too much risk to a pure arbitrage play.
