I am thinking (hoping) we will get a slap on the wrist and send it back to the warden.. Pay the $20k and then re-new the licence. Get our PFS results, get our drill done in the South then at a higher rate like 3c plus do a CR and hit these 2 tenements with everything, exploration, zoning and drilling to put it all to bed that we are serious.
I am pretty sure that would be what they are taking to the Supreme Court today. Also with the fact they have money in the bank albeit $1.5m, 3 new directors since this objection was raised, we now have a Geologist mining director as one of those 3 (not having to rely on poor Liam Kelly who I feel was out of his class here. 2 new substantial holders and 1 of whom has a tremendously high level of mining experience. Painting the picture of success.
Either way, without the tenements we are doing well. With them it's a bonus. The licences are about to expire as they are.
