Ann: Imugene completes $35M Placement & Launches c.$30M SPP, page-345

This is the part that I don't get - for those that always like to get in at discounts, surely they would have anticipated the market reaction and subsequent SP fall. Especially considering the discounted 5 day VWAP for SPP.
What is the opportunity in this for the instos and sophs? Access to stocks, even if at premium to market? The options? Do they know what's around the corner to ignore this dip.
Any constructive and educated minds care to chip in?

Not constructive nor educated but, what if there is an announcement tomorrow or first thing Monday, about some deal or discussions Re: one of the IMU stable like Her Vax or what ever is exciting LC so much and it drops. Bang by by 8.4c sophs got a discount from where it last traded and still had opportunity to buy dip retail get @ 8.4 + oppy everyone kinda happy not saying it will but who knows \0/\0/\0/

just being silly in the 7 cent zone
