.....i don't see it as significant a problem....being modular....means your building another 5X 2000t modules. So i'd say the build will be simpler (given that they've now built one)...and then the process commissioning for each new module may be now a well practiced path to replicate from the first test-runs applied and resolved from the first commissioning....Whether the build is all in one hit or a staged construction.....not sure....but if we end up with a JV partner as being discussed...then access to ALL the cash to build may mean we go full bore on all fronts and build the lot....in one hit....and thoughts?...anyone with knowledge on these sorts of builds?....
