Len left before Bond brought out CS Energys convertible notes, Len was actually squeezed out by Richard Cottee in 2003 when CS was Linc's JV partner.

Ironically, Blinderman learned UCG as an operator for Yerostigaz, the same company Linc now owns. I'm sure both Yerostigaz and Blinderman may have refinded there techniques but the core process of 2 vertical wells without a controlling connection such as CRIP and gasifing forward from the injection well to the production well is the same used by both CXY and LNC.

So not sure how LNC can make a statement like they did.
