I think you are wrong on ppm grades. Over 1,000 is excellent for Ionic clay - i.e. Meteoric. For hard rock see Lynas grade - way higher - very expensive to extract and separate whereas clays just need acid. This deposit is in weathered granites but the grades are lower than Meteorics cut off grade. Drill samples are percussion drilled chips too. Nothing of value here.
