my initial research - appears they paid $26\mil US for an business then the business tanked.
So I guess investors are a bit worried if they realise funds from OB how well equipped management are to deploy the capital.
Purely from a BS and CF point of view this is incredibly cheap but investors are clearly saying the future isn't looking as good as the past.
Do you know if Wilsons have a valuation on the company now?
