Na, it was ppt (not ptm) they had a go at, failed to undermine the pdl bid which was deemed by courts as binding on ppt, so had to put up for the whole merged group or get out. After that they took a 6% slice of ptm but nothing came of it and they dumped just before the full year abysmal results...funny that?!

2% is chump change....it may lead to short term rumour hype then dump on facts again, esp post fum release- why would a founder dump if a t/o was on the cards....
