Under the revised indicative proposal, the consortium is offering $33.00 cash per share, a 10% increase from the original indicative proposal of $30.00 cash per share.
That was in november last year.
Pendal was a $8 stock at one stage with a strong div. Perpetual got a good deal imo.
I do think management can turn it around, they are the oldest fund manager in australia.
since i am not retiring anytime soon i will just wait patiently for it to go back up to +$30. It is just taking longer than i wanted
