    the annual meeting will be in November same as previous years. But there won't be a vote on whether the CEO is retained. As i understand it the board chooses the CEO. SHs that want him out will need to get enough people voted onto the board (which won't happen) and then remove him. Im sure it feels good to post on HC about it, but it won't happen.

    What will be interesting is the vote on the remuneration package. It will be tight as most SH don't vote, but if 25% vote against the remuneration package that's one strike. If it happens again the next year, then the whole board can be voted out. Unlikely imo but not out of the realms of possibility. I can certainly see 25% voting against this year which is probably the way to send a clear message to the board.

    I hope they don't try to get any low ball or easy to get performance rights and any performance rights they do try to get are tied to tangible results such as shipped spod (250k+ annually) and not something like make a positive FID on BP33 or have a SP 60c for 2 weeks.
