6% Yield at $1.65 is 10c per year, I am not sure that we will get 10c total dividend over the next 12 months. So you are correct, high risk for slightly more than interest at the bank (depending on your tax arrangements for franking).
I don't expect the share price will rise much on this result but then I don't have a good track record on prediction the share price.
