what its important to me is they deliver on their own statements, when they can't, for whatever reason, they come clean quickly, set expectations right. and that they foster investment at higher and higher prices.
there's no shame in being a retail investor. Its where most of their share price moving backing comes from. I suspect the know the best processes too but I also suspect they sometimes make poor communication choices.
