At the end of the day, IF you cannot follow instructions then how about writing NO on your forehead as you leave your house on the day to vote!:
That way you know how to vote and how to spell NO.
But I do agree with the opposition leader, you must make the rules clear to vote. Any other markings other than the correct spelling of YES or NO should never be considered a vote period.
