Cerenergy is not licenced to Altech Batteries Limited (ATC).
It is now owned by the JV Company, Altech Batteries GmbH (ABG)
From 14/09/2022 announcement:
Upon incorporation of ABG, ABG will execute Licence and Intellectual Property Transfer
Agreements (”License”) with Fraunhofer where ABG will be granted the exclusive worldwide use
of the intellectual property (IP) and know-how associated with CERENERGY® Batteries.
Iggy is well and truly running the show with ATC supplying 75% of the funds to get the project going.
What is the '500m aren't the problem'? If AUD the Cerenergy plant will be around half that.
