Does anyone know if the convicted fraudster Michael James Giovinazzo (Google his name) is still pulling strings in RIM? I'm trying to understand why there is no market interest whatsoever with no sales volume. His presence would be detrimental and may in part explain this.

What was Giovinazzo's role in the failed GPR relationship? The Board have made no definitive statements on this relationship whatsoever. As usual, SHs are kept in the dark. My understanding is that GPR is pursuing Giovinazzo in the Victorian Supreme Court, for alleged misleading and deceptive practices. I would think ASIC are watching these proceedings very closely. The Board of RIM will likely be drawn into this whole ugly spat.

Look I am not impressed with this company structure either BUT I am seriously over all this silly negative sheet, It's enough!!! This doesn't help, time to focus on Cobalt as we are all investors and want to see success. I personally couldn't care less after this poor attempted spill. Over reading all this silly nonsense, so either make a play and Take Over RIM or whine about who ever, whatever somewhere else. My investment comes first and Cobalt, enough of this regurgitated noise I say!!!
