As for the selling off a chunk, if it were to occur, and unrelated to the OCP document you referred to. would this be a bad thing? obviously depending who and at what price could be debated, but let say toyota came in a took 50% of ASN for 150M,....gives us a firm valuation on reamining 50% of ASN and leaves us with ASC, Muchea and Boyatup....obviously numbers are a pluck, but you get my intent.
Difference approach obviously being big dog comes in a buys 50% of VRX is a different ball game. There is precident having sold 3.5% to Sparta for 30c from the existing top 20 (non-dilutive). How would that be valued is anyones guess? but I would imagine that the minority shareholders would be swept along in a rising tide.
