Cheers for the insider perspective. However, from another angle, perhaps it could be argued the dominance will continue because the 'customers' are the 'eyes' all going to the REA website, and RE agents have to go to where the potential customers are, as disgruntled as they might be. Sure there are other options to take the business, and Domain is I'd imagine second in line, but if my agent said we will list your house on Domain only because we don't use REA, Id find another agent because I want best exposure to potential buyers.
I am not seeing the agents driving the demand. Happy to hear an explanation.
