My view hasn't changed, as although Trump signed the executive order, it was not based on any understanding of the implications of climate change, which he explicitly denies but on the supply of rare earths for weapons and such.
If you watch the interview, it becomes blatantly obvious that he has no scientific interest or understanding of ANYTHING.
