Personally, I think the reality is a buyout, but I've banged that drum enough. But concerning the 'complexity' to sales, have a listen/watch of the June webinar on YouTube where Howie explains how ready BOT is to go upon approval to sales. He produces several slides and explain how much of this preparedness is already done. He actually says it will only take 3 weeks to hire the people and get selling. So according to Howie, BOT would be ready for selling by mid-October. But that was June, so something changed to blow it out to at least January 2024.
