All very fair comments Bas - as you say...'facts' and those are indeed indisputable.

We won't know until 28th whether the listing fees get paid so there's a little time left, however, I can't see why there would be any confidence in this basic, and comparatively tiny expense, being submitted to the ASX. Otherwise their duty of care and responsibility to shareholders would have been upheld as soon as the non-payment notice was released.

So, for the moment, it would appear there is no intent to pay and lock up the finance that has been provided by multiple investors. The proof of this may become factual next week.

I also remain surprised that the ASX/ASIC don't appear to have pursued an enforcement to disclose the recent quarterly or half-year reports - that's also a really bad look imo.
