Any activity/communication is well overdue. The directors need to take a leaf out of the Dean Tuck playbook in terms of how to communicate with the market, and how to best spend your funds.
The fact remains that this is 25% of IPO in 2 years. That's a horrible start for investors and not good enough from management.
