Accusation without evidence - thats ok. Provide some evidence for these claims.
Being positive on the company's long term prospects is upramping but saying the company is dead is definitely not misinformation and defamatory? Is that how you view things financial SJW..... maybe you do have a crystal ball or maybe you're a sandwich short of a picnic.
