Datt has done zip since he's been there - he must be kicking himself he cant buy at this price as he pushed his way onto the board. Looks to me like the business hasn't made investment for years to automate the back end which is why corporate costs are so high - more like he was buying the last CEO's BS and was shocked it wasn't as easy as he thought when he got on the inside. Realistically the share price wont go anywhere until the market picks up and can only hope the new Chair has been able to clean up at least some of the back end so they can take advantage of the market improvement.

Classic example of a business who squandered the opportunity from increased trading in the pandemic.
