What that note is saying, is that current liabilities exceed current assets. They thus need to explain how they are going to meet those excess liabilities. They have done cashflow projections which mean they are confident of being able to meet those liabilities when they fall due. In addition they can draw on an extra 20million of debt to allow them to cover liabilities, so there is no going concern issues.
