The Q released nothing - it is actually designed to push the SP down further by introducing scare tactics regarding the other coal deals that haven't progressed and they are re-negotiating.

This is very cunning, very measured and extremely calculated, I have to take my hat off to these blokes, this is artistry at its finest!
