Actually just rechecked the cost of the drills US$375,000 was the BNL estimate late last year - much cheaper than I was thinking (even if there has been some inflation since).
So they clearly have more than enough money for the drill.
Once these results are in you would think they could get a small loan to complete the hookup if they need extra funds so maybe a cap raise may not be needed after all.
