I think 25ktpa will come quicker than 10ktpa

Third World originally meant countries that wanted to industrialised and modernise without becoming outright capitalist (First World) or communist (Second World). Egypt, Indonesia, Brazil.. The US and USSR wouldn't have it and it was "you're either with us or with them" and changed a few popularly supported governments and used the term Third World to denigrate those that wouldn't play ball.

Now the "second" and "third" worlds are now coalescing are BRICS, with India now free from its British oversight and South Africa with no better options but to squeeze and share the rest of the continent with Russia. Iran (probably North Korea) and others will be in it soon enough and we'll have a good old bipolar world order again.

So, um, yeah.
