Agreed, there's certainly work going on behind the scene's for the next few steps (and the steps required for Hydroxide). It just needs some of these next steps to complete for the share price to hopefully start moving upwards.
Re Hydroxide,
The last quarterly had some indicative layout drawings. There's enough matches that I think the site they are looking at is just to the NE of Thunder Bay Water Aerodrome (531 Shipyard Rd, Thunder Bay). The standard google maps pictures where you can place a yellow man are from 2012 when there was a larger now demolished building there. The Google Earth pictures are also somewhat old (the one below is from 2017).
