    I'm not concerned so much with yields, as I am with regulation. environmental regulation.

    do you know the difference in carbon and other waste product when you retort torbanite versus cannel coal?

    I noticed there is a need for a tailings dam.... imo that's a significant further environmental complication.

    this is how and when solar, no wait, geothermal enters the chat...
