Ok, that goes part way with the executive remuneration (I like that they will have equity exposure at the expense of straight cash remuneration) but they're really pushing the terms here on the Notes. Very few companies in their formative stages can take that sort of financial impost. Actually they can but it's at the expense of current equity holders. Guess there's really no other choice. If the business does succeed shareholders (including me that were sold on the initial plan/model) are going to keep an ever decreasing amount of it. This might yet still work out for some, not sure if I'm one of them at this stage though
