    19 API is same crap oil as heavy oil. Nothing changed in this announcement nothing. We know they can sell the oil to Cuba nothing changed but every investors got fooled by the man himself using the word “LIGHTER”. This guy is smart I have to give it to him he reads the threads he saved Kit and flambeau
