Pablito, just because my house isn't on the market means it is crap.The IMU house just got a billion dollar extension for a few millions. Why isn't there an offer? Because the buyers want to see it completed, the time of DYS by the buyers ( Big Pharma ) is over.Hopper just offered more people, preferrable his mates, to own a share of the IMU house for even less what it's worth but once completed the sell price will get lifted by multiples. By then many of the original small cash part owners will have sold their share to them. That's the game Hopper most likely is playing at this stage. Retail out, instos in. Simple.
