Another reason why 'Mr Market' isn't in love with SRV is that it views having A$120 million in cash as 'lazy', on the basis that if we wanted this sort of c.4-5 per cent return, we could purchase bonds/bank term deposits.
"He" may also dislike how the founder and associates have such a high percentage of issued capital, reducing the free float.
