Ann: STX: Talon acquisition update, page-92

I hold both and I like the Mongolian asset. I am all for the deal I just don't like the tone of todays announcement, the new drill number 7 or strikes new policy of going silent on drilling SE. I thought the new plant would be close to capacity off the first two wells. Can't even get the plant running but we desperately need to drill a new well? All good, lets just make sure we can fund it given there is a vote of which the outcome is yet to be decided.
