I think he is keen to do a deal because this is what the big holders want. Also deals are sexier than returning cash/shares.
We are not privy to what a potential deal may entail but I think a fall in the LLL SP would present an opportunity to entice retail holders.
Because liquidity has been mentioned multiple times I think it is possible they could attempt to deal anytime up until the escrow elapses. I say this partly because they have kicked the can down the road for months. Unfortunately a deal after escrow can not be totally ruled out. An "opportunity" could come from left field, just like Morilla.
