Russia today is continuation of soviety union crappiness. Look at belarus. Best friends forever with russia. Is that a country you want to live in? I wouldn't. And it is a result among many things russian interference with the country, proppijg the dictatorship.

and i am not lieing. Russia is sending imprecise missiles and drones at civilian population. Precise ammo goes at power stations and civilian infrastructures but dozens others are hitting peoples homes. If you are not aware of that read more unbiased information source.
and missiles shot down by ua falling at innocent people are still russias fault. Cause if russia didnt shoot them children would not die.

and no. I am talking about modern russia. 40 years ago is 1983 btw.
Not Soviet union (a little i only remember the end). They intefere with european countries, they blocked gas deliveries during winter as a politcal tool.

and i do see how siding with usa and eu made poland, czech, Lithuania better places. Less corruption, more freedom, higher wages. And I know Ukrainians wanted that. Especially those who could experience what changes were brought to the rest of former soviet sphere since late 90s while their country stayed behind held back by russia.
