I don't want to seem unnecessarily negative, but the chance of winning the appeal and reversing the court's decision is pretty slim, and the company directors know it. We're in rather a poor position, and with little bargaining strength.
MLS will probably bite the bullet and write off Namibia, and concentrate on rebuilding its fortunes through developing its Australian tenements. I suspect its for this reason that the company is flagging a share issue.
The share price is heading for 0.8c again, may go lower if the history of distressed capital raisings are repeated.
