It isn't at the expense of others. If TPD can obtain an independent assessment to the contrary, I'm sure SN and co will be happy to see it. There is so much talk about TPD being worth more on HC but I am yet to see any NPV or NAV valuation that justifies it.
I personally wouldn't mind if TPD holders vote this down. They can shove their 45% Walyering, L7 and Gurvantes somewhere (where the sun doesn't shine preferably) till their hearts content for all I care.
