    There is very little trickle down economics from the government in Cuba.

    The communist government supplies and controls everything. There is no largesse for a reason.

    Nobody should think otherwise. Just take what ever money MAY makes, and shoosh. Or visit Cuba, and distribute your gains to randoms in the street.
