From what I could find, the notes could be converted to shares of the other entity should the business be onsold.
Holdups with this entity has again crawled at glacial pace, so either re-finance so we can convert the lot, or flog it to someone else.
In these economic conditions, IMO , dump it and concentrate on getting tin out of the hill, then purchase interests in better ground elsewhere, if required.
We have enough dogs on the books atm...
