Any company big enough to 'reverse engineer' and produce their own copied product, would be better just buying PNV than going through the whole plan, price, promote, and distribute sequence, then worrying about potential litigation. You could guarantee existing opposition or big Pharma companies have already been looking at PNV, particularly as it is sitting at 1 billionish dollars market cap.......chicken feed for the biggies, even though they'd need to go north of that to get the sellers.
