Based on numbers - preliminary calc is

30000000 - 1 mil value now
20 Mil options over 0.5 & 0.75 over 3 years circa 2 mil value
20mil in 5 years with some Jorc targets circa 2-3 mil (or more) in 5 years

Total 6 mil depending on SP over 3-5 years with no upfront cash. A net 2% sr and he company marketcap worth only 15 mil.
I would say thats a pretty good deal considering this stock was over 11 cents a two years ago.

Also of note that the immedite dilution is under 10% as 30 mil to be granted now and soi is 527mil
I would say it should hit 6-7 cents in the next few months atleast.
