I am erring on the side of giving him the benefit of the doubt but I'm still 50/50. Like you said, when did he know? ide say the last 6 months he would have known and maybe it was the plan all along. It's not uncommon to have timelines on a role after completing a major milestone. And coincidentally, (or not) this has happened just weeks after the first shipment has left.

Now hopefully we are dealt a new CEO that is well versed in how the lithium industry works at a higher level of sales, deals and refining.

Without actually knowing too much about Phillip Lucas, I get a good feeling just reading his experience and relevant credentials. He also looks like a pretty cut throat operator which will serve us well.
